Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your mushroom products, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Here is how we handle returns and exchanges:

Sealed Products: Due to safety and quality control, we cannot accept returns on sealed mushroom products once they have left our facility.

Not Satisfied? Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, please reach out to us at hello@theKingsElixir.com within 14 days of purchase, and we will gladly issue a refund or exchange.
